🪩 Your Lessons

At PoleExclusief.nl , all private lessons are scheduled based on your preferred date and time, as long as it fits within our business hours. We do our best to accommodate your availability and create a personalized schedule that works for you.

⏰ Regular booking hours:
Monday to Friday – 11:00am to 05:00pm
For Saturday, Sunday, and evening sessions, feel free to request your inquiries— we may be able to arrange a suitable time depending on availability.

Please note:
• All bookings must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
• Payment for packages is required before confirming your first lesson
• Cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled time are non-refundable (except for select packages)

📍 Studio Location

PoleExclusief is a private, in-home studio at Gedempte Zalmhaven, Rotterdam Central. For the safety, comfort, and privacy of our clients, the exact address will be shared only after booking confirmation. Thank you for respecting this policy.

💳 Payment Information

At PoleExclusief, we kindly ask that all lesson packages be paid in advance before scheduling your first class. This helps us maintain smooth planning and provide the best experience for every client.

We accept in-studio payments via:

  • 💳 Debit & Credit Card (VISA / MasterCard)

  • 🍎 Apple Pay

If you need an invoice or prefer to pay online, just let us know — we’re happy to assist!

Weekends: 11:30 AM – 3:30 PM (based on availability)
