Never pole danced before?

Relax, It’s OKAY !

LEVEL 1 is THE STARTING point.

LEVEL 1 will start with No-Spin Pole (STATIC-POLE) where you'll learn the basics like walking around the pole, simple spins, various spins, climbs, pose while you tuck your self on the pole, sit on the pole, one leg crossed-layback, up-sided down and tuck your self on the pole with or without hands, and easy-butterflies pose with both hands on the floor. Still a lot of challenges and work out.

After mastering these, you will guide to LEVEL 2 when you're ready.

Once you're comfortable with LEVEL 1, next to the LEVEL 2 !

LEVEL 2 focuses on building the tricks combination you've learned at level 1. In this level we are still using STATIC-POLE, perfecting awareness what's around you when you are doing level 1 spins, and introducing little spins challenge combinations.

Next, You'll work on strengthening tricks like the Gemini, Jade Split, Inside Leg Hang, Wrist hand sit, Lay Back with both legs straight, Jasmine, Twisted Grip Butterfly, Extension Butterfly, Aerial invert or Air up-sided down.

Once you've nailed all the Level 2, we will move on to the next level. Here we come LEVEL 3. YEAH!!!

Feeling confident with your Aerial invert or Air upside down?

LEVEL 3 is where things really get exciting! In this class, we dive into more complex combinations and tricks like the Shoulder Mount, Superman, and Allegra Attitude. You’ll also work on building endurance and strength to prepare for the next level. We'll introduce challenging moves like the Twist Grip Handspring (also known as the Twist Grip Handstand).

Once you are in Level 3, we could guarantee that you’re ready to tryout TheSpin Pole (Spinning-Pole) for Introduction Spinning or SPINNING Level 1.

For your safety and comfort reasons, at PoleExclusief NL and Studio Polish Tokyo, We require all students to reach Level 3 before starting any SPINNING-POLE work. This is strictly for making sure that you're well-prepared, are strong enough, and able to enjoying spinning classes without feeling DIZZY.

Once you're at this stage, you can confidently join any Spinning Intro or Spinning Level 1 lessons any studios!

By the time you reach LEVEL 4, you’re mastering some of the most Advanced tricks that require both power and precision. We’re talking moves like the Iguana Start, Chopsticks Hip Hold, and Brass Monkey. That’s just the beginning.

At this level, we focus more on creating fluid, flow-flawless routines rather than isolated tricks. The goal is to combine these challenging moves into a seamless, elegant flow that looks effortless like a Pro!

And Don’t worry, I’ll guide you step by step until you’re confidently performing a beautiful routine. If you’re ready to explore beyond Level 4, Just let me know! We can work together on even more advanced tricks or routines that push your limits, always with safety and progress in mind.

By reaching this level, you’ve truly -EXPERT- Mastered the art of pole dancing and are ready to explore the highest realms of the craft.

While we both currently don’t offer regular Level 5 classes at PoleExclusief.nl and Studio POLISH Tokyo, this level is RESERVED for special Workshops from other top-tier instructors from around the World. These Workshops will give you the opportunity to learn from the very best and take on advanced, high-level moves.

Reaching Level 5 means you’re PRO, you are now confident enough to take on any challenging routine or tricks that an expert instructors are mastering for! And it’s up to you where you want to take your pole journey from here. Whether you’re dreaming of becoming a professional pole dancer, competing in Pole Exotic or Pole Sport Championships, or simply expanding your skill-set.
